The UKC breed standard further states that "the length of the front leg (measured from point of elbow to the ground) should approximately equal one-half of the dog's height." Bruiser exemplifies these proportions, having exactly a 12:11 length:height ratio (represented by the red lines -- horizontal is 12 units long, vertical is 11 units long), and with body depth and length of leg being almost identical (represented by the green lines, which are both the same length).
