Multiresolution Geometry

This is an example of a geometry simplification algorithm developed using my Meshsdk. Since the sdk took care of most of the mesh manipulation (i.e. topology bookkeeping), the actual simplification code was rather short.

Notice that the algorithm had some trouble as triangle count decreased. That's because the algorithm doesn't take into account things like volume, surface area of the triangles, and silouette edges. The algorithms proposed by Turk and Hoppe preserve these traits.
