2007 Registration Form
PLEASE NOTE: Classes are filled on a first-come
basis. Your registration or position on the waiting list will be confirmed within
two weeks of receipt of your paid registration. Communication will be by email
if you provide an email address unless you specify that you wish to be contacted by postal mail. Registrations unpaid are considered not made; you will be on the waiting list until payment is received,

Please indicate a first and second
choice for each time period you wish to attend. If you indicate a third choice,
that may save time if your first and second choices are filled. If you are on
the wait list for an earlier choice, but confirmed for a later choice, we will offer you the option to move or remain if the
earlier choice becomes available.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a refund schedule, but NO REFUNDS after April 1, 2007 (no fooling)
unless your place in the class is taken by someone on the waiting list. Write for refund schedule if you need it.

Vendor Access and Fashion Show ONLY: $10.00 Name:
NO CHARGE for Vendor Access ONLY, but you may not attend
the Friday Night Fashion Show.
