New writers ask questions in screenwriter's groups, in chat rooms, at panels events and so I'm putting down some of my answers and other thoughts here (so I can remember what I've said, if someone's lawayer calls if nothing else).
I will be adding to this from time to time. If you think I'm wrong -or want to me to answer something specific - email me and let me know.
