Oops! I almost forgot to tell you how to use BBS, because I can't customize that page.

When you enter BBS, you will see a table to post a message.

From the top;

  1. Enter your name (handle name is OK)
  2. Enter your email address (optional)
  3. Enter a subject of  the message
  4. Enter your message
  5. Enter your website URL (optional)
  6. Click a left button to send the message or a right button to clear it

That's it! Then, go to BBS and start practicing :-)
