This course will teach you how to react to discipline problems in a calm, consistent, and effective manner, how to prevent "bad" behavior from occurring and what to do when it does occur. You will learn new approaches to your child's behavior, practice them in class and then at home for a new confident and effective style of parenting. The parenting course consists of four 1 1/2 hour sessions. Handouts and printed material will be given to the participants. There will be homework at the end of each class. |
