Down Payment and Security Deposit
To hold your reservation, a down payment is due by check or money order within seven days of making a reservation.
The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival date.
A security deposit is required to be paid 60 days prior to arrival along with final payment. The security deposit
will be refunded if the property is returned in the original condition.
