If you don't see a donkey here to fit your needs, please contact us as we have connections with other quality donkey
breeders in the Northwest and may be able to help you find the perfect donkey for your needs.
Each donkey you get from Blue Moon Minature Donkeys will be current on all vaccinations and
hoof care. Unless otherwise noted, all our donkeys are registered with NMDA. When you leave our farm with your new donkey,
you will have a halter, lead, food for at least a week and a written record of all vaccinations and farrier care. All
you need to provide is the pasture, shelter and lots of love.
We've placed our donkeys in homes in Oregon, Washington and California and they are currently
rewarding their owners as 4-H prospects, NMDA show animals and trail companions (not to mention pasture pets!).

BMMD Ready or Not was born on May 8 and, according to the calendar, was 3 weeks early!
We call him "Sonic" because of his energy and enthusiasm. (Check him out in the barn babies page). He has
already been out hiking in the woods! His dam, Bridget, is one of our favorite jennets and his sire, Mini Pickens
Levi is a gorgeous spotted jack. $1000.

Ready to see red? Take a look at BMMD Nashville Star (light sorrel)
and his dam, Ladybug (dark sorrel with black cross and dark garters). "Nash" is a beautiful mover and
will make a very nice performance donkey ($1200), while Ladybug has proven herself to be a great jennet ($2000 open/$2500
bred). Take the pair home for $3000 (open) or $3500 (bred).
