North Shore Massage and Bodywork by Milica is education and healing through bodywork service. Milica Barjaktarovic, L.M.T. is known as a gifted and intuitive healer, and has trained in some of the best schools available. Her specialty is "human remodeling" for immediate and long-lasting benefits.

Services emphasize the body-mind-emotion-spirit connection and include:

Our Business
Each client gets a personalized treatment. We work together to find what works for you, for example therapeutic and/or relaxation massage, geared towards "remodeling" and making you feel great. The benefits of "human remodeling" can be increased circulation, release of tight areas, and overall feeling of well-being. We also provide the education necessary to maintain this sense of well being.

We utilize helpful tools such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, polarity therapy, and reiki. Also, we can offer perspectives on your business and personal life.

Human body is closely related to emotional, mental, spiritual and environmental aspects. To maintain optimal performance, we need to take care of ourselves on all levels. Universe is ultimately there to help us. If we don't cooperate, then it cannot help us. So let's work together and assure we achieve and maintain optimal health.

Mission Statement
North Shore Massage and Bodywork by Milica is dedicated to helping people feel better by establishing the balance and harmony within our own body, mind, emotions and spirit; having compassion towards other people and all life on Earth, and paying attention to the Divine Intelligence that Guides us all. Our nature is healing, and Nature helps us.

We accomplish these objectives through our commitment as a leader in delivering effective bodywork sessions.

• We believe that a Divine Intelligence guides all, and thus each person has innate healing abilities. What is needed is willingness and the perseverance to do the Work necessary. Our role is to facilitate that connection.

• The healer has to be healed first. We actively pursue our own healing in order to provide the space for other people.

• We continually learn and keep on learning, as there is so Much to Know about human life on all levels.

• We adhere to the code of ethics and standards set by our industry and as stated by the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, the American Massage Therapy Association, and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.
