A note from the owner...
I started this business on my own, back in 1983.
Through word of mouth, it has grown into a very successful small business. I attribute that success to the
standard of service that I have maintained since it's inception. I am a native of Tampa, so my reputation here has always
been a major concern of mine. I've tried to keep all of my customers happy, while maintaining the best possible relations
with my drivers. I don't claim to be the cheapest courier in this market. Nor do I claim to have the ability to
do anything and everything, anytime, day or night. But I will say this: whenever I take on your job, I will personally
do everything within my power to insure that your package arives at its destination in good condition and on
time. If I feel that I can't meet your demand, for whatever reason, I will let you know ahead of time, rather than to risk
taking on your job and letting you down. If there ever is a problem, or if we make a mistake, I will do whatever I can
to rectify the situation. Good service, a fair price, honesty, reliability, and responsiveness...these are the things
I strive for with all my clients. You are my sales force...it's always been that way. There's no better sales pitch
than a referral from a satisfied customer.
