This is the second of the St. Paul Irregulars' buildings that I bought at Drums Along the Maumee 2008. They are carried by Battlefield Accessories, and are listed as suited for 15mm-20mm. You can see one of my 20mm Liberation Miniatures African UN Peacekeepers alongside, for scale.
This is a more rural hut, and the pictures was taken before I completed it (no flocking). This one painted up extremely quickly and had nice detail. I think it turned out well. I highly recommend these buildings, if get a chance to pick them up. They are meant for 15mm WW II, but work just as well for 20mm. With their pull off roofs and second storeys, they're perfect for man-to-man games or skirmishes.
I painted the walls black first, then dry brushed a light gray then a khaki over top. It picked out the swirls in the building material quite well. The wooden beams at the corners and in the door frame were painted medium brown with a khaki drybrush to pick out the wood grain. The thatched roof was painted black, then I dry brushed a dull yellow (Delta Ceramcoat "Empire Gold") over top. This was toned down in brightness with a khaki dry brush once the yellow was dry. The building and roof were given a black wash at the end.
