Pariscope Depth

I don't know if you can consider blogging a break from studying. I mean it engages my brain even more, it causes me to stress out over what I write, and it forces me to contemplate my thoughts. The only reason why I decided to raise the boat to periscope depth is so I can see what's ahead. My final exam in Campaigns and Elections was assigned today, this one doesn't look that bad as the book Demanding Choices accomplishes a good job in explaning the facts and figures needed for the paper. My fourth and final exam in constitutional law is nerve racking as I have to explain regulatory taxation in relation to commerce, then I have to cover four of the most contraversial Justices on the Supreme Court along with a discussion of Mechanical Jurisprudence. Mechanical Jurisprudence should be easy to explain. It either is or it isn't, as Justice Thomas once said: "I want the ability to explian the law to the kid who squeegees my car in the morning" If this is the way the law is heading, then start the fireing sequence for the nuculear ICBM's! Dive, Dive , Dive!
