Guns in my collection:
|
Hello and welcome! I am Mike31c, and your host. I have first played paintball using Splatmasters back in 1987. Back when paint cost $1.00 per 10rd tube (when on sale) and used 12grams to power the guns. My first major upgrade was going from Stock Class to Pump Class using a Sheridan Long Barrel not too long after buying myself a Splatmaster and a Crosman 3357. I made the mistake of trading in the Splatmaster for "credit" to the cost of my Long Barrel. That was back in 1988. I continued to use the Long Barrel until 1995 when my favorite field closed down (Paintball Hill).
We jump to 2003 and I got the paintball bug again and bought a Tippmann A-5 with Response Trigger. Played several games with it but I knew my Long Barrel was still functional. Picked it up for a "quick game" to see how well it still performs and I have never looked back. There is nothing in the world that can give me the feeling of taking out the semi-hosers out there on the speedball court using a stock class PGP or my LB. And if I feel like hosing myself, I use the P68 with the Auto-Trigger.
I am also Northern California's co-coordinator to the Stock Class Paintball Club known throughout the world as The Paintball Marshals. Are you tired of hosing paint/wasting money? Want to play the Game as it was when it was first getting started? Contact the Paintball Marshals. Are you here in Northern California? Contact me and let's hit the fields! email: mike31c

Other fields that I have been to and I Highly recommend going if you are in Phoenix or Tuscon, AZ (CALL first!):
|
Westworld Paintball's "BoomTown" See a few pictures! Had a blast with their Night Games, don't know if Boomtown is still open for walk-on play but it was FUN! |
Desert Fox Paintball
-- > review See a couple of pics I swear, if it was not for this field, I would of gone crazy in 1992. I was stationed at Ft. Bliss, Tx and I drove out to this field a few times just to play. I never had a problem when playing here. |
Fields that I've been to but are now closed. Click the links to see a few pics. There are not that many but I am sure as soon as I clean up all my junk, I will be able to find where the rest of them are hiding.

Paintball Hill (Pope Valley, CA) Fun, outdoor location. I miss this one the most but the drive was a huge pain. Got a few pics of this place and will post them soon! |
BattleZone (Pinole,
CA) Bought my very first pbgun here! A Splatmaster in 1987. I wish I still have that thing. |
|
| Cops and
Robbers (Los Gatos, CA) This was a fun place that also used pistols, specifically, Crosman 3357's. This was my second pbgun. They had a nice indoor facility and it was two stories. |
Danger Zone
(Newark, CA) Nice indoor location. |
