She wasn't always this way.
She used to be too thin.
Ah, but then she lost her boyfriend
after giving her all to him.
She felt some consolation
in the act of chowing down.
It didn't seem to matter
she was putting it into pounds.

She went from anorexic
to pleasingly quite plump.
Then she put all that behind her
as she wallowed into a frump.
Her friends were more than leery
just to comment on her size.
But all the local kids had
started calling her "Thunder Thighs".

    She was JUST SO- FAT-
    that if you'd tried to date her,
    you'd have to be a licensed
    heavy equipment operator.
    She was JUST SO- FAT-
    that if you'd tried to please her,
    you could barely do much better
    than to even try to squeeze her.

She seemed to be attracted
to all of the wrong foods.
When it came to eating sweet stuff,
she'd developed an aptitude.
When piling on the sauces,
she wasn't one to skimp.
It wasn't long 'til she had
been mistaken for the Goodyear blimp.

        So, okay, this candid statement's
        not politically correct,
        but with every step she took,
        the earth felt personally attacked.
        Now, it's not that she was monstrous
        or exceptionally huge,
        but if she would stand in front of you,
        she'd block out most of the view.

I'm glad to say she finally
got smart and took control
when she grasped that if she didn't,
she would not be around at all.
With Adkins, bran and Taebo,
she kept herself alive
and got her weight in shape, down
to a dainty three-thirty-five.
