and to their families, loved ones and friends. ]

Breakfast, then sleep:
normal flight on a typical day,
when a harsh voice shatters my dream
all about my wife & my daughters.
Herded like sheep,
we're all pushed to the back of the plane.
But, we'd no idea at the time
it was for a purposeful slaughter.

"Do what we say
and nobody is going to get hurt."
Some of us believed in that lie
'til we found the truth on our cell phones.
Sure, I'm afraid.
But there's no way to make it much worse.
Maybe if we tackle these guys,
we can stop them reaching their end zone.

    If we're going down,
    then we're not going down in vain.
    This plane may very well crash,
    but it's not going to be their way.
    If we're going down,
    then we're going to have some say.
    We're going to take our destiny in our hands.

        One way or another,
        there's a good chance that we might die-.
        I'd rather not just sit right here,
        'cause I sure won't enjoy the ride.
        One way or another,
        I would rather go with pride-,
        knowing I did my very best
        to help save a lot more lives.

Him with the bomb:

April 28, 2006:
Several months after made-for-TV movie about this tragedy,
theatrical movie released to critical acclaim.

Several conflicting reports at the time held that United Flight 93
was shot down by an Air Force jet to prevent the terrorist-
controlled plane from reaching the White House or Capitol.
The final report of the 9-11 Commission concluded that the
actual occurrences onboard (supported by cockpit voice recordings)
concurred with the scenario above, written within days after the disaster.
