HTML messages do not display properly in Entourage

If you only see the HTML code displaying in an HTML message instead of the proper message, it's possible that the message was encoded poorly. However, if it happens with multiple HTML messages, it may be a problem in Entourage. Delete the "com.microsoft.browserfont.cache" file in ~/Library/Caches. When you re-launch Entourage, HTML messages should once again display correctly.

" ~" represents your home folder, which is usually located in /Users/Your User/ and is accessible by going to Go > Home in the Finder.
