Lie down, lock it up, and STRRRETCH!

I am a Certified Rossiter Coach. If
you don't have alot of time and want to get rid of pain fast, the Rossiter System "Workouts" are
the way to go! Rossiter System
"Workouts" techniques use deep pressure on contracted muscles, while the client performs small muscle
movements in the "locked" position to optimally STRETCH the connective tissue/fascia. Sessions are short, very
intensive, focused on specific areas of pain in the body. These sessions are referred to as Rossiter
Workouts. Clients remain clothed and generally on a floor mat. Typical sessions last only 30 minutes.

This session lasts no more than 30 minutes, focusing only one or two
pain areas, $55. Intensive connective tissue reorganization workouts!
Less coaching, more working out, less time required per session, less pain, more freedom
of movement, more time for your day!
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that Rossiter System "Workouts" articles
be read prior to Rossiter appointments, so that more time will be spend STRRRECHING verses explaining locks and other common
Rossiter techniques. The more explaining, the less pain areas are addressed....
