Metro Cast polymer concrete panels are custom fabricated in a wide range of sizes, thickness, textures, colors and contours to meet specific architectural requirements. The following types of panels are available:
  • Veneer Panels are installed in the field over sound masonry, concret, metal stud walls, or wood framing of new or existing building, using cast-in anchors or though panel fasteners.
  • Composite Panels consist of veneer panels combinated with welded stud framing in the prefabrication process to create a total wall assemble designed to meet wind load and other code requirements. They are anchored directly to structure beams, floor slabs and columns at site.
  • Insulated Panels are designed as in-fill units for curtain wall framing. They are prefabricated using an insulated core and two (2) facing panels.
