Metro Cast polymer concrete panels are fabricated using a thermosetting resin binder and woven fiberglass cloth to create durable, versatile components with very high strength. Panels can be fabricated as veneer units or with stud framing to create a total integrated wall assembly and insulated.Precast polymer concrete panels are custom designed, engineered and manufactured in a very wide range of surface textures and finishes to meet architectural requirements.

Metro Cast polymer concrete panels are acid and alkali-resistant, impervious to moisture, non-staining and easily cleanable with ordinary detergents. Precast polymer panels offer many advantages for new buildings or renovation work. Their high strength permits thinner cross sections and much smaller dead loads than commercial Portland cement concrete panels.

• METROCAST FACING PANELS

Metro Cast VENEER-FACING PANELS are lightweight, ideal for use over masonry or framing in new structures or renovation work. Pre-drilled screw holes or cast-in inserts can be factory-installed to greatly facilitate field erection.

Metro Cast FACING PANELS can be cast with monolithic returns and in an almost limitless variety of shapes, sizes and colors to meet specific aesthetic requirements. These panels can duplicate the appearance of granite, marble or limestone while creating components with greater resistance to dirt and water penetration, impact and deterioration by chemical pollutants.

• METROCAST COMPOSITE PANELS

Metro Cast COMPOSITE PANELS are prefabricated using 14 or 16 gage steel studs combined with the selected facing panel to create a complete assembly for the exterior walls of any building. The desired insulation is field-installed in the stud cavity, and the interior finish can be anchored to the stud flange, creating a thinner wall section and more usable floor space.

Metro Cast COMPOSITE PANELS are ideal for fast-track projects. Panel fabrication can proceed while the structural steel is being erected, and the building can then be closed in rapidly and economically.

• METROCAST INSULATED PANELS

Metro Cast INSULATED PANELS are cast in thicknesses of 2" to 4" utilizing polyurethane insulation for exceptional energy-saving performance and substantial reduction of weight. Since they weigh less than brick or conventional precast concrete components, Metro Cast INSULATED PANELS eliminate costly design deadload. They are manufactured to design specifications in a broad selection of smooth finishes, natural aggregates and sculptured patterns, and with edge details or other special conditions as required to meet framing requirements.
