Unusual Metropolitans

You don't see one of these every day.  I'm sure this is the only one in the world, if not let me know.  This is "The Metro-Sled". It is a 1957 Nash Metropolitan.  With a Rear mounted 1998 Yamaha 3-cylinder 700 SRX Snowmobile engine that powers Twin Polaris short Tracks with Ski-doo Scandic Suspensions.  As well as many fabricated metal and aluminum parts.  It has an eight gallon fuel cell under the hood and an aluminum radiator.  Custom-made aluminum skis.  All the chrome on the car is new,  It has a perfect body with a near perfect paint job.  This car has won 1st Place in Car Shows, when shown.  Has a Custom Diamond Plate aluminum interior, with bright red and white custom upholstered seats and door panels.  It also has a trailer hitch.  This is a Custom and Professionally Built unit.  Should reach speeds over 50 mph.  Great For Movies, Parades, Special Events, Car Shows, Snowmobile Events, Museums, or just to draw a crowd.
