1960 Nash Metropolitan Pedal Car?? Wagon ?? Way Cool !! Here's what I know............12 of these were made in the 80's by someone in Michigan with the hopes of marketing them (trademark problems ?)........They were fiberglass bodied, with the accessories also made of f'glass (Bumpers, ect) The frame is square section welded tubing, with ball bearing wheels and axles. It is currently set up to be pulled as a wagon with the orginal handle, however they were intended to have an electric motor. The mounting plate is there for the motor and could easily be retro fitted. It is in very nice shape with only small points of wear and it is just from being around for 20 years. The paint is shiny, interior is awesome and the Nash hubcaps are the finishing touch on this truely neat looking car. It measures 5 feet by 2.5 feet. This is one of only two left that we know of and are a must for anyone with a Nash.
