This page has the character sheets and basic setting information for the Before Winter LARP, run at Stanford in late May 2007.
On the plus side, the characters were a lot of fun, and the system innovations I tried out worked pretty well. Characters gained new skills over the LARP, depending on what they focused on. Furthermore, the effectiveness of their skills varied, creating interesting dynamics. On the minus side, the conflict system could use a little polish, I didn't balance the power curves properly, and some abilities were too conflict focused to work well in the general LARP. Live and learn.
