CAP is a humanitarian and educational non-profit organization which serves thousands of communities across America. As
the auxiliary of the United States Air Force, CAP serves as a subsidiary of and provides help to this branch of the military
through its three missions: Cadet Program, Aerospace Education, and Emergency Services.
The Group 2 Staff is made up of current and former members from the squadrons located in the south-east corner of the
state. Our primary goal is to provide support, guidance and assistance to our member squadrons, thus
allowing us to maintain our highly skilled resources we use to support the missions of CAP and Virginia Wing.
