Monday, December 12, 2005 Richard Pryor dies of Heart Attack I learned yesterday that one of my favorite comedians died. The person I'm referring to is Richard Pryor. I grew up listening to Richard Pryor as a kid. I remember listening to his albums over a friends house when their parents weren't around. I may have been too young to listen to him when I was 13 but that didn't stop me at all. I never will forget The Richard Pryor show that was on in the late 70's. To me it was on of the funniest shows in the world and it was hosted by one of the funniest men in the world Richard Pryor. The world has lost one of it's great comedians. Those who were his fans described him as the Charlie Parker of comedy and he was. Those of you who may be a little too young to remember or appreciate his genius should do yourself a favor and rent some of his movies from your local video store you will not be disappointed.
