A couple days ago I remember seeing an interview with serial Killer Dennis Rader. I remember him saying that he feels as though he was possessed by evil spirits and it was these so called "evil spirits" that lead him to kill. I in noway believe this. This is nothing more than a copout. People always want to blame the devil or some evil demon or demons for crimes they themselves commit. I blame the fundamentalist for this. They usually support this kind of confession. If the devil had anything to do with this it was his own personal demons that lead him to commit these crimes. People like Dennis Rader make me a strong supporter of the death penalty because he really doesn't deserve to live any longer. We are all responsible for our own actions. The decisions we make good or bad are reflective of our inner most being. If your a rotten human being then you do rotten things though out your life. Blaming ones evil deeds on a being that may not in-fact exists is pretty sad if you ask my opinion. If there is a HELL then it's reserved for people like Dennis Rader to rot in.
