Yesterday I went to The Star Theater to see the movie Land of the Dead. I thought that the movie was good but not as original as they are saying its suppose to be. The one thing that I did like was the fact that the zombies are starting to think for themselves and that's always a good thing. I'm all for a smarter and better zombie. What would have made the movie a little better is if the director would have made a movie from the Zombies point of view. We got only a small portion of that during the movie and that was it.

Being somewhat of a monster myself I think that if given the chance the people who make these movies could make a much better film if we saw things from another point of view. If you were dead and given the chance to live again but needed to eat why not eat people. If you look into why these zombies come back to life its because of the nuclear weapons that we experimented with during the 1950's and 60's. These weapons were in noway good for our environment and when you commit a crime against nature, nature strikes back. Zombies are not evil, they represent our collective karma and natures retribution for our sins against it. Our ideals of good and evil are totally subjective and when ever their arises a so called truth and equal and opposite truth also makes its self know. Though the eyes of the Zombie we are evil and they are only following natures law. One day the dead will out number the living and man will slowly evolve in to something truly unique. The respect for nature will be restored and balance will once more be restored. If you eat people who are smarter than you you become smarter than the people you eat.
