The Wicker Man
I just bought a copy of the extended version of the Wicker Man on DVD. It has some of the original film footage in it that
hasn't been seen since the early 70's. A lot of the original footage of the film has been lost so we may never get to see
everything but at least now we have 15 minutes of new stuff. Christopher Lee (one of the stars in the movie). Believes that
all of the original footage still exist somewhere. Hopefully we will all get to see the whole unedited version of this classic
master piece in the future.

The Exorcist
Well I saw the new Exorcist movie "The beginning yesterday. I enjoyed it but as I suspected It was not as scary as the original.
I guess that some times you just can't out do yourself. The movie did at least keep my attention though. The only thing that
bothered me about the film is the fact that when the archeologist in the film found the sight of a ancient "Pagan Temple"
they of course linked it with evil sprits and devil worship. I guess it's a hard thing for Christians to understand the concept
of a Pagan civilization that lives in harmony with themselves and their Gods.

Vampire Girl
I met this girl the other day, she told me that she was a Vampire. She also told me that she was a real one at that.
Her skin was very pale and she had long dark hair. She claimed to be over 200 years old. She said that if I didn't think
she was telling me the truth that she could prove it. I think I'll take her up on her offer.

Initiation
On August 14th I was initiated into my first coven. Before this I have been for the most part solitaire. It was a great experience
for me and all who were a part of this initiation. I look forward to working with them and furthering my magical knowledge
and spirtual growth.

Work Work Work
As usual I've been working like a dog. I'm in the process of saving up money to return to WSU this fall. The one great
thing about being in school is the fact that I don't have to work so much. But when you think about it I'll still be working.

The turning of the seasons
All good thinks come to an end. I'm of course referring to the turning of the seasons. I love the hot summer days and nights.
It sure beats the shit out of the snow. I do look forward to the tuning of the leaves during the fall season, and of course
there's Halloween my favorite holiday. I think I'll dress up as a Vampire this Halloween and bite all the cute little goth
girls I see hanging out around WSU.

Rick James
I went to work on saturday morning and a friend of mine told me that Rick James had died. I have always been a fan of his
music and I hate the fact that he is no longer with us. Rick was a Giant within the music scene and his presence will be surely
missed by his fans and family.
I'm sorry to see you leave this world Rick I hope to see you in the next one.

A day in the life of
Well today I will be attending chat night at Something Brewing Coffee shop. If any of you guys and girls are reading this
stop by and say hi. I spent most of to the early part of today driving out to Ann Arbor for my guitar lesson. Afterward I
came home and chilled. There's something about long drives that just make me tired you know.
The other day I had a long talk with a friend of mine about same sex marriages. He's one of those guys who can't understand
why to people of the same sex can't have a fruitful marriage life. You know it's really none of our business what people
of the same sex do in private. This really shouldn't be a issue at at. What really matters is if the two people love one another.

In case your wondering why you haven't seen any post here in a couple of days well I've been at the Prince concert all weekend.
Hey a guy has to take a break from being on line some time. The Time opened up for him on July 31st. That was a great and
wonderful surprise to see them on stage. I had a good time as usual both nights. It's just too bad that there aren't more
performers out there giving shows as good as he does.
