The
1972/73
Mercury
Montego GT
Registry

What is the 1972/73
Mercury Montego GT Registry?

The 72/73 Mercury Montego GT Registry is founded by Joe & Heidi Helbling,
long time Montego GT owners. This registry has been formed to find as many
remaining 72/73 Montego GT vehicles as possible, out of the 5820 72's and
4464 73's originally made, in order to determine what percentage of them are
still in existence. The Registry will also document their location, condition and
actual transactions of vehicles to determine a fair market value for them. It is
the Registry's desire to promote the preservation and restoration of these rare
vehicles by being a link between various owners of like vehicles in order to locate
parts, literature, cars for sale, or just general knowledge of the 72/73 Montego GT.

The 72/73 Montego GT Registry is a non-profit organization and will keep a
computerized listing of all owners and vehicles, along with specific information
pertaining to each vehicle found. The Registry will also keep a photo album with
each individual vehicle included. Member's will receive a newsletter approximately
3 times a year. Each newsletter features a different member's car with photos and info,
a classifieds page, Registry statistics and special features.

There are currently no dues or fees to pay to be a member.
