We went to San Antonio in August 2003 to get the Gavel... then we went to Pasadena in September ... then we got the Gavel back at State Master Councilor's Retreat in November 2003.  At the January 2004 Stated Meeting, Reagan collected the Gavel.

 

Houston Chapter got the gavel back at the 2005 Texas DeMolay State Conclave for tying with Albert Pike Chapter for the largest DeMolay delegation at the Conclave in Waco.  Reagan picked up the Gavel in September and Houston went to Reagan on October 12, 2005 to regain the Gavel, which has now been named, Bruno.

 

On February 8, 2006 the Chapter visted Pasadena Chapter and regained the Gavel.  It was taken by the Chapter to the 2006 Government Day in Austin.  Under new rules, a drawing was held and Grand Prairie Chapter was presented the Gavel.

 

We got the Gavel back at the 2006 State Conclave and again at the 2007 Government Day in Austin.  It has been bouncing around the state since then.
