The upper lev includes the master suite, two bedrooms for children, and several additional living areas.

        The master suite bedroom is a roomy open area with vaulted ceilings. Two extra large walkin closets are just what the doctor ordered! The private hot tub is located on a roofed balcony off the master bedroom for your enjoyment and relaxation right before bed!

        This is a bathroom built for the queens of Egypt, with a large jetted tub and a view of the mountains or stars as you bathe.

        From the master suite, you can walk out onto a small balcony looking over the living room to see who is waiting at the front door.

        At the top of the stairs, you will find another sitting room, especially nice for those days when you really need to get away from the phone and write a few letters.

        Two bedrooms and a full bath face onto this sitting room, designed for children or guests.

        Next, we move into another living area, one with its own bathroom which was originally designed for a nanny room, but is now used for sudden onset of couch potato-ness.

        Directly over the carport is the open, light and airy weight room, almost begging to be used. If you have children, this could also be used for a playroom in the Winter (sans weight equipment!).

        The caretaker's apartment is above the remaining garage, with a living room (not shown) and bedroom incorporating the same style of windows as the main house, and a large walkin closet.

        The caretaker's apartment has a nicely outfitted kitchen and a separate residence entrance on the hill side of the garage near the pool.

        As an addendum, all mechanical devices associated with the pool are housed in an insulated area at the rear of the garage to minimize noise pollution.
