Payment policy:

Property held for ten days after Rental Agreement is submitted to renter. Upon receipt of booking deposit, dates are confirmed. Final rent payment is due 60 days before check-in. If cancellation is made before 60 days, deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is made within the 60 day contractual period, refund is given only if the dates are re-rented at the same rate and period.
