We were an older mobile home park that is slowly converting to an rv/motor home park. What we have to offer
is location, location, location at a price you can afford. When we first came to florida in 1953 we hired a good old boy contractor
to build our eariler mobile home park. His price was very fair, when I questioned him about his low price he told me that
he looks at us northerners as golden gooses and that he only wanted a few of our golden eggs, he did not want to kill the
goose. It was right then and its right now. You will find our prices fair. ED K.
Area Features
We have several hundred square miles of sheltered bays and inlets. Mcgregor Park is approximately one mile north
of Bunch Beach, a beautiful two mile long secluded beach situated on the mainland between Fort Myers Beach (Estero Island) and
Sanibel Island. Looking to the west is the Sanibel Causeway beach where you can swim, fish, boat, or just enjoy the warm sun.
Just before the causeway is another beach and a free boat ramp. I like to sit on one of the many benches and watch
the people having fun while having my morning coffee. Sorry, I got carried away. About the mobile homes, each
is completely furnished to accommodate from two to four people. ( pictures elsewhere in this web site). Have fun and enjoy
life.
