08.10.03: Updated the links page.

09.05.2001: Added two new pages: deeds and vitals. Linked three new cemetery surveys: Glenwood, Halltown, and Proctor. Added links to the marriage page for marriage bonds. Added 1850 to the census page.

25.07.2001: Moved site. Added several new services provided by Bravenet.

21.07.2001: Purchased domain name www.mcdowellcounty.org

18.02.2001: Designed new site layout. Hopefully it is now easier to read and navigate here

17.10.2000: Added information to the Carson House page.

16.10.2000: Added photo to the cemetery page.

06.10.2000: Began using "includes"

03.10.2000: "Improved" navigation (hopefully it will be an improvement.)

01.10.2000: Moved web site back to Rootsweb. A mirror site will exist at GeoCities.

22.09.2000 - 24.09.00: Visited McDowell County to gather more information.

03.09.2000: Adopted the McDowell County Migrations and History.
