All the redworms I sell are hand picked from my worm beds for maturity and size. I sell worms by the count, not
by weight. most worm farms that sell by weight, will claim 600 to 1000 worms per pound, thats a pretty
big spread. If I sell you 1000 worms, you will actually get 1100 worms, I always add 10% overcount. I never
weigh my worms and I never will, I hand count every worm I sell. Also, I sell only worms that I breed and raise
myself. I do not drop ship worms from other worm farms.
The redworms I sell for fishing are selected from
the largest worms that I pick from my beds, they are then placed in fattening bins for at least two
weeks and fed a special grain diet to get them as large as possible. They are then packed daily as ordered, and
do not sit in containers for days or weeks.
I always add at least 10% overcount of worms to each order.
This is just good business
Please enjoy my website, there will be some pages in
the future that will contain tutorials on setting up a worm bin, harvesting worm castings, and troubleshooting problems
with a worm bin. When I have time to add these pages.
My website is a work in Progress, I will add content when I can. Running My other full time business, and farming
worms keeps me very busy.
