HOW TO BUY: To purchase by credit card, call 713-416-4526 to place your order. Include your name as it appears on the credit card, credit card number, expiration, billing address, shipping address, and e-mail address. E-mail your credit card numbers at your own risk. Some credit card purchasers send their card number in parts in several e-mails for added security. If you prefer to send in payment, call or e-mail to reserve the item you want. We will hold the item for one week awaiting payment.

PAYMENT: MC Computers accepts Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Posted prices reflect a 3% cash discount for payment by cashier's check or money order. Personal checks are not accepted. The final price is rounded up to the next even dollar.

SHIPPING:

• I charge actual shipping based on the UPS Quick Cost Calculator or the US Postal Service Rate Calculator and my estimate of the shipping weight and size of the product.
• Items are normally shipped the same day or day after receipt of funds. Items requiring special packaging could take slightly longer.
• I add a $5 service charge for shipments by US Mail and all international shipments.
• All shipping is via UPS, unless US Mail is specifically requested.
• In the event that something is damaged in shipment, it is up to the customer to start a UPS or US Mail damage claim. Damaged items should be immediately repackaged exactly like they were sent to you. This is absolutely essential to making a successful claim. All items are packaged in accordance with UPS guidelines and MC Computers is not liable for shipping damage.
• Save all of your packing materials until the warranty expires in case you need to return an item.
• Absolutely no COD shipments.

OBTAINING PRODUCT INFORMATION: Most product manufacturers have extensive product information on their web sites. If you need more information than what is included in the item description, this is the best place to look.

RETURNS: All sales are final, refunds are made only when repairs or replacement are not possible. It is the purchasers responsibility to determine that a product meets their needs before a purchase is made.

SALES TAX: All sales shipped to a Texas address will be charged 8-1/4% sales tax unless a valid resale or exemption certificate(not a copy of your tax permit) is received.

WARRANTY:

• Unless otherwise excluded below or in the eBay item description, all items are warranted 30 days from the date of delivery. Functionally defective products will be repaired or exchanged if the defect is reported during the warranty period. Used and refurbished items are warranted to be fully functional and usable for their intended purpose. Cosmetic problems and compatibility with other hardware or software is not covered under this warranty. A defect is considered to be cosmetic when it does not impair the functionality of a product. It is the purchasers responsibility to determine if a product is under warranty from the manufacturer before making a warranty claim against MC Computers. On items with manufacturers warranty, it is the purchasers responsibility to handle claims with the manufacturer. Retain all packing materials and your invoice for the 30 day warranty period in case a return is necessary. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. Repaired or exchanged items will be shipped back to the customer at MC Computers expense if a defect was found. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.
• Items excluded under this warranty:
  -All items with a final bid price of $20 or less are sold AS-IS, NO WARRANTY.
  -PRAM (clock) batteries in computers, laptops, printers, etc. are AS-IS, NO WARRANTY.
  -All software and the media that contains it is sold AS-IS NO WARRANTY
