A dissonym is a word that can be pronounced two different ways AND has a different meaning for each pronounciation. Officially they are called heteronyms, but we find "dissonym" in Steve Lawton's dictionary, albeit in pencil, and choose to use that name.
One example: You can lead a horse. Your pencil has lead inside. Bonus points for composing a sentence with both usages.
