Aloha! Thank you for selecting our Maui Vista unit #2115 Condo vacation rental as your accommodation for your trip to our beautiful island of Maui. It is important to us that you are provided with valuable information (listed below) to place your room reservation. Book early for best rates and dates!

Occupancy
All rates are based on: 2 people per 1 bedroom unit. Additional person charge is: $10/day.

Rates
All rates are subject to Hawaii state Tax (11.42%). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cleaning charge of $75 applies to all reservations with less than 7 consecutive days.

Payment Policy Deposit
$200 (U.S. Funds) deposit is required at the time reservation is made. $100 is for the reservation, and $100 is for security. The reservation deposit will be applied towards the rental fee and the security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure.

Full Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Method of payment
Cash, checks, cashier’s check, and money orders are accepted. All guests must present a credit card and I.D. at the time of check-in. There will be a $20 charge for any checks returned with insufficient funds.

Cancellation Policy
From date of booking to 60 days prior to arrival date: Full refund, less $100 cancellation fee.
NO REFUNDS ON DAY OF ARRIVAL. NO SHORTENED DAYS.

Unit Starter Kit
For your convenience, a start-up kit of toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, dishwashing soap, bath soap or coffee may be provided in the unit on your arrival date. It will be at the guest's discretion to purchase additional supplies as needed.

Key & Directions
It is necessary to stop by the AA Oceanfront Management office to pick up keys for your room accommodations. If arrival is after 5:00pm, please contact the office prior to your arrival to make special arrangements for keys.

The office is located in the Azeka II Shopping Center, 1279 S. Kihei Rd, Suite 107, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Regular business hours are 8:00am-5:00pm every day. The numbers are 800-488-6004 or 808-879-7288. Email info@aaoceanfront.com.

From the KAHULUI AIRPORT: Start out going northeast on Kahului Airport Rd toward HI-380/KEOLANI PL. Turn LEFT onto HI-380/KEOLANI PL. Continue to follow HI-380. Turn LEFT onto HI-350/S PUUNENE AVE. Continue to follow HI-350. Turn RIGHT onto HI-31/PIILANI HWY. Turn LEFT onto S KIHEI RD.

Check-in Time
3:00pm: All guests must pick up keys at AA Oceanfront office.

Checkout Time
11:00am: All guests must return keys to AA Oceanfront office.

Late Checkout Requests
Additional charge for late check-outs will apply as follows: Checkouts after 11:00am to 5:00pm = 1/2 day unit rental charge. Checkouts after 5:00pm = 1 full day rental charge. Please contact AA Oceanfront for information on late procedures. Late checkout is based on availability.

Housekeeping Services
Departure/check-out cleaning. Additional cleaning service is available at additional cost.
Guest Responsibility All guests are financially responsible for damage or excess use to the condominium while they are occupying the unit. Your credit card will be charged for any missing or damaged items, excessively soiled carpets, furniture or bedding, other than normal wear and tear.

Parking
Guests with automobiles will need to check in at the Maui Vista Resort office in the first building to receive a visitor’s permit. Parking is free and you may park anywhere in the parking lot once you receive the permit.

Emergencies
In case of medical emergencies, call 911.

In case of incidents affecting the unit, i.e, plumbing leaks, appliance issues, etc, please call the management company at 1-800-488-6004.
