The PEACE POWER Strategy(Youth Violence Prevention): Working with sites nationally and internationally. (Status: intervention and data collection ongoing; several articles, chapters and one book have been produced.)
The Natural Science of Nonviolent Action, analyzing contingencies and cultural practices used in nonviolent action for social change from a scientific perspective. (Status: One article published; additional data collection in progress)
The Science of Cultural Analysis: Participating in international effort to clarify the selection processes that shape and maintain cultural practices and cultural entities from the perspective of the science of behavior. (Status: Participated in preparation of and published in special issue of the journal Behavior and Social Issues; participated in international conferences, participated in international think tank in Brazil and another in Norway, subsequent publications in development.)
Consequence Analysis methodology, extending procedure developed by Stephen Fawcett and colleagues, using Internet instrument to determine how analyzing the multiple consequences of a public policy decision affects opinions. The researchers hope that this will prove to be a useful approach for shaping thoughtful participation in public affairs. (Status: One study completed and article published, subsequent study in preparation in collaboration with Sarah Moore, National Development and Research Institutes.)
