Florida Bug Jam 2002
This is the largest all-Volkswagen event on the east coast.   By 9 am they were turning away vehicles for the show, by 10 am they had the parking area closed because they couldn't fit any more cars there.   There were 414 show entries (it was huge).   The only problem with showing our van there was that we weren't able to see much of the show ourselves.   We were too busy
answering  questions about the Subaru conversion, turning down offers to buy our van, and generally just talking with Volkswagen folks.   We had a great time.

Some nice buses.  These things are sweet!   Maybe we will put an SVX
motor in one of these someday (keep dreaming Matt).

Just a few of the really nice Type III's.   Our latest purchase is a '72 Type 3 Fastback, officially named "Matsufasty".   We still have to get rolling on that project, but the plan is for a Subaru motor (maybe a WRX), and Porsche brakes and suspension.   Another webpage is still to be produced on that one.   I'm sure Susie can't wait ("I don't live on the computer, honey").
