Disclaimer, Precautions & Warnings

Matrix Machine Tool Modification Corp. warrants all products manufactured by us to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of oridginal purchase. We will repair or replace our product without charge to you at our option within a reasonable time.

If your Matrix product needs service:
Please contact us prior to shipping, then package the item and mail it to: Matrix Machine Tool Modification Corp. 100 Boxart St. Rochester NY 14612 prepaid and insured.We will not be held responsible for damaged or lost shipping but we will assist the sender in processing any shipping insurance claims.
Please include the following:
  • Dated proof of oridginal purchase.
  • A note describing the problem.

Exclusions:

If it is determined by Matrix that the defect or malfunction was caused by damage resulting from operation of the product contrary to the disclaimer, misuse or abuse or disassembly  by anyone other than Matrix then this warranty shall NOT apply. Damage caused by leaking batteries, fire, improper lubrications, over inflated air pressure, improper air line connections or aircraft CRASHING is not covered by Matrix Machine Tool Modification Corp.'s limited warranty.
