Topic:  What is Massage Therapy and
               Testimonials of Clients/Therapist

Massage Therapy is laying on of hands to help release tension, toxins within the body, stress;  give your body 90% more endurance.

Deep Tissue, massage releases tightness in the deep muscles, causing headaches and knots built up pressure and calcium deposits.  Acupressure, releases tension and fatigue with pressure points.  Reflexology, points on the body to release toxins-stress-tension.  Sports Massage is a study of the different types of sports we all engage in, and the therapy is for that particular sport - those muscles that are used for that sport in order to help give your body 90% more endurance and release toxins built up in the muscles.  A runner or cyclist might get calcium built up in the outer side of the thigh this can be released, giving the person more endurance with better skills.

Along with Massage Therapy, we need to educate ourselves with better nutrition, and exercise programs.  The Techniques used in Massage Therapy are vast. We will attempt to go over as many as possible through the editions.

Along with "laying on of the hands" there are other techniques such as (stone therapy) small river rocks heated and placed on the body in stratigic places (pressure points) to help release toxins and tension.  As well as Acupressure (pressure points), Aroma/Music-Color Therapy:  Aroma therapy arouses the senses with scented oils/candles, Music that is soothing to the body/soul and helps the client relax - releases built up tension, Color has long been used in therapy - the more subdued the color the more relaxed the client.

TESTIMONIALS:

Extreme Phlibitis with Deep Vein Thrombosis: (Research/publication by S. Cruise c.1984/1985-2009)

This research, is from the direct result of my having this illness. In 1984-85 I began research into a cure for this illness, after spending 1/2 of the year in the care of Western Medical Professionals, with no results. Taking my medical file and x-rays to an Eastern Natural Medicine doctor, he and I began researching a cure. After spending 1 year in his care, he and I found an herbal cure for this illness - he published our findings in his journals which I typed/edited/proofread. I then, had numerous interviews with local newspapers, regarding our findings, my cure.

I spent another year, translating the herbal remedies into english and finding USA sites that sell these herbs which resulted in what has worked 100% for me. Vs. allowing the Western Physicians (3 specialists) to cut off my right leg to the groin area.

What i put here worked for me and is my herbal - medicinal research.  It is highly suggested that you not undertake any new medicinal-herbal research whithout first discussion with your medical advisor.

In all there are 22 natural herbs that were used in the cure. These need to be taken for the rest of my life - but they are NOT drugs, and have no adverse reactions to me. Other than medicinal herbs are bitter and sometimes taste like dirt.

These herbs must be measured exactly for this remedy. Using only a glass pot or stainless steel to boil the water/herbs in. Utensils are stainless for stirring/measuring and sifting the herbs/liquid. Always store herbs in cool - dry environment. (use part for the first 2-3 weeks - then the other part, so as your system does not get used to the herbal remedies).

NEVER USE ALUMINUM! (this can be toxic).

During the quarter - more information will be added to this data-research as in the biotanical/pharmaceutical names - what they are and what they will do.

I continue to take this remedy and will for the rest of my life - vs. having to take drugs that did not work for me at all -

I also have a chemical imbalance in my bodies system - therefore, many drugs are not conducive for me to have administered to me - they just end up making me more ill than i was prior to taking them.  Its a trial and error both with medicines administered to you by your physician and herbal natural medicine.  What works for one person, may not work for another.

HERBOLOGY DATES BACK OVER 6000 yrs from China to USA - people have used herbs, plants, etc for medicinal purposes to heal the ill - for cuts, sores, wounds, snake bites, and more....

I have used the following herbs for the treatment of arthritis, rheumatism, gout - and those that followed the research i gave them, and myself included, shared their experience (outcome) to have this illness cleared from their body.

TEA:  Arthritis:  Formula:  Alfalfa, Bromalain, Burdock, Cayenne, Chaparral, Comfrey, Yucca.  OR  Black Cohosh, Black Walnut, Brigham Tea, Burdock, Cayenne, Chaparral, Sarsaparilla, Skullcap, Valerian, Wild Lettuce, Yucca.

this formula is for the following:  Arthritis, Bursitits, Gout, Inflammation, Rheumatism, Swelling.

when making a tea with any formula or herbs alwasy boil the herbs in a glass pot or stainless (never use aluminum), to stir use wooden spoons.  Use purified water.  Fill the pot to 3/4 with the purified water, placing the herbs into the water over a low heat, eventually bringing the herbs to a low boil - boil for 10 min.  Discard the herbs - pouring the boiled herbs into a glass bowl to let cool down before you pour into a glass jar to keep in the refrigerator.  Drink 1 cup of the HOT tea once a day.  This is a medicinal tea it is bitter - do not put sugar or substitutes/honey into it.  This defeats the purpose of medicinal herbs.
