The Stress Relief Center is a Holistic Center committed to excellence within the profession of Massage and Complementary Medicine. Jeffrey J. Budzek, R.N. is the founder, owner and director of The Stress Relief Center located in Lehigh Township (Northampton), PA.

  Jeff is a Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania . He is a 1983 graduate of Central Ohio School of Massage, and is licensed in massage therapy by the Ohio State Medical Board. Jeff is also a Certified Bodywork Therapist by the ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage professionals).

  His foundation in traditional medicine and the need to address and alleviate the pain that his clients presented, led him to continued studies with multiple massage and bodywork modalities. His synergistic application of the above resulted in the development of Budzek Medical Massage Therapy™ which has been successful in the treatment of many painful conditions.

  Jeff Budzek is also a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified in the Kripalu Tradition. He has been featured in the Morning Call “Lehigh Valley Woman,” and the Lehigh Valley Hospital & Health Network “Healthy You” publication. He is listed in the NATIONAL DIRECTORY of WHO’S WHO IN EXECUTIVES & PROFESSIONALS 1998, and the INTERNATIONAL DIRECTORY of WHO‘S WHO IN ENTREPRENEURS 1999.
