WELCOME! To the Stress Relief Center. At the Center we offer Classic Swedish Massage for therapeutic relaxation, stress reduction and health promotion, and Budzek Medical Massage Therapytm for relief from pain arising from muscle tension and other neuromusculoskeletal conditions.

Jeffrey J. Budzek, R.N. the Founder of the Stress Relief Center, is a Medical Board Licensed Massage Therapist, a Registered Nurse, and a Certified Yoga Instructor.

Stress Relief Center is located just north of Allentown in the rural outskirts of Northampton, Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. Contact information for questions or appointments is listed below.

Sessions are $45 for a 1 hour and 10 minute massage and are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Hours are from 10am till 8 pm, Monday thru Saturday.
