 In the massage I use special massage oil created to resemble the body's natural oils.   Using lots of oil, Lomi Lomi strokes are long, full strokes often covering the full length of an arm, leg or the whole body.  The strokes increase circulation, assist the body in cellular cleansing, and at the same time stimulate and relax muscle.
