For the last couple of years, I've been into the Israeli Folk Dance scene.
Because I love music so much, and because Israel is my second home, Israeli Folk Dancing is naturally a pastime I enjoy.
Here's a picture taken at a dance camp, with some of my favorite people in the folk-dance world:

Upon my last search of the Internet, I wasn't able to find WEBsites for the places that I dance most frequently, but I did find a place called The Israeli Folk Dance Connection which proved to be a pretty good place to get more information about Israeli Folk Dancing events and even source notation and music for many of the dances.
I'd like to bring you "inside" the Israeli Folk Dancing scene and encourage you to read the article published on the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs WEB page entitled: CULTURE:Dance.
