This book is published via Trafford.  This is a "print-on-demand" company who will print books right when they are ordered. If you want a copy, order the book securely through their website.  They will take your $17.50 via credit card.  The shipping charge is approximately $6.  I'm not sure how long it takes to print and ship the book...
