Marsha's Kitchen is a self-published book written and
compiled by Nicolle Bea Fox, with contributions by her brother Brian Fox.
From the back cover:
Nikki and Brian Fox created this book in honor of their mother, Marsha Kahn,
who passed away in 1994 from Leukemia. Nikki was in high school at the time, and Brian was in college. Marsha feared, when
she was preparing to die, that she would be forgotten.
A lover of food and cooking, Marsha had an extensive recipe collection, which,
in the form of dinner every night at exactly six o’clock and weekly grocery store adventures, framed Nikki and Brian’s
youth. Marsha’s Kitchen is a compilation of their favorite recipes accompanied by short stories, poetry, and affectionate
anecdotes from family and friends.
Through this book and infinite loving memories, Marsha will always be remembered.
