The Soundtrack

The From Dusk Till Dawn soundtrack is on Robert Rodriguez's Los Hooligans record label and is published by Epic Soundtracks a division of Sony Music. The soundtrack contains most of the songs used in the film, but unfortunately it only contains about two minutes of Graeme Revell's (THE CROW, DEAD CALM) wonderful score for the film. There are also a few bits of dialogue, most of which are good choices for the music but several memorable moments from the film are left out. There are two tracks performed by Tito and Tarantula, the lead singer (Tito Larriva) of which appears in the film as the band leader at the Titty Twister. Another track, "Torquay", is performed by The Leftovers, a group of remaining studio musicians that Rodriguez gathered at the spur of the moment to perform the track, hence the name Leftovers. Two other songs, "She's Just Killing Me" by ZZ Top and "Dengue Woman Blues" by Jimmie Vaughan, were commisioned by Rodriguez specifically for the film.
