All three of us got beds in a really nice hostel here in 
Amsterdam. We went to the Anne Frank house and 
took a canal cruise. 
They just left for Paris tonight and I 
decided to stay in Amsterdam  one 
more night. I will meet with Josephine 
tomorrow or the next day in Paris again. She used 
to live there so she is staying with friends. Tomorrow 
I will do laundry and try to fix the blisters on my feet. 

    I don't know where I will be next. I think we may go 
to Montreux, Switzerland, where Jo has a good friend. 

   Today marks the end of the first week of my trip and 
already it is exceeding my expectations.

PS. I was in the totally wrong spot for the train. I should 
have been in a nice bunk. However, I don't think it could 
have worked out better.
