For fans of the television show "Babylon 5", the Lurker's Guide should be right at the top of your bookmark list. Web Sites don't get any better than this. It is well organized, always up to date, and packed with everything you could possibly want to know about the show, including comments from J. Michael Straczynski (JMS) himself (Creator and Executive Producer of the show)
I found a great piece of software and am using it for my Web Page Design. It is called HTMLpad and I think it is great.
